Protect Kansas Families

Kansas Families Against Liberal Liquor Laws was founded for the purpose of protecting Kansas families and children by opposing any expansion of the sale of wines and liquor to neighborhood grocery stores and other locations where available to children.

The Kansas Legislature is currently considering legislation that would allow any retail outlet to add hard liquor to their inventory.

Increasing the access our children have to liquor is wrong for Kansas.

Join the thousands of Kansas families that want to protect our children and communities from the unnecessary and unhealthy liberalization of Kansas liquor laws.

Impact. Missouri has a system of total access similar to what is being proposed in Kansas. Missouri also has increased problems relating to alcohol compared to Kansas.  For example:

  • In the most recent national statistics, Missouri had double the number of alcohol-related driving fatalities in adults over 21 when compared to Kansas.
  • In the most recent national statistics, Missouri had an alcohol-related driving fatality rate for those under 21 years-of-age, 68% higher than the rate in Kansas.
